•Preparation Instructions:
1. Add 1 cup mix to 1 cup water & half a
cup sour curd. Set it aside for 20-30 min before using it. Alternatively, add 1
1/2 cup water to form batter & allow overnight fermantation.
2. Pour batter on hot tava an medium flame & spread it
in a circular shape.
3. Add oil or ghee to the edgers of the dosa & roast
it well.
4. Flip the dosa & roast it for 1-2 min. Remove it slowly from tava & serve.
